BOOKING IN
When you arrange your service or repair at North West Mowers we will run through your requirements to make sure you are happy with the work needed and the estimated cost. We also offer a collection and delivery service please contact us for details. At North West Mowers we are main dealers for Stihl, Hayter, Atco and Toro.
WORK UNDERTAKEN
When the fully trained lawn mower mechanic checks over your machine regarding the service / faults reported, we can then get the customer a more accurate price for repair / service. At North West Mowers we only use genuine parts supplied from the manufacturer or authorised dealer. Standard service work includes sharpening and a complete engine service. We have a double check service at North West Mowers to try and prevent any faults being overlooked.
CUSTOMER HAND OVER
After the work has been completed a full VAT invoice will be raised explaining the parts fitted and the work undertaken. Customers will then be notified that the machine is ready for collection or to be delivered back to them. On collection / delivery we have a card machine, bank transfer or cash payment facilities available for you to pay for your work undertaken.
